RESLIDES are made from a few clearly defined high-performance plastics:

Soles: TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane, recyclable) – significantly more durable than conventional sandal soles

Straps: Recycled polyester (PET, recyclable) or wool felt

Buckles: Recycled acetal (POM, recyclable)

The components are single-material, meaning each is made from one material and can be cleanly separated and recycled at the end of their useful life. This makes RESLIDES resource-efficient sandals made from durable materials, designed for maximum longevity and genuine circularity.

We are proud to use 100% recyclable components in all our sandals.

Yes, RESLIDES (ESSENTIALS, RESLIDES Kit, MAZE.GRID and KA.NOH Edition, ANI.MAL Collection) come without leather and without any other animal-derived components: the soles, buckles and straps are made from technical plastics or recycled fibers. 

Only our OKU.NAI Home Edition uses a wool felt strap, which is of animal origin.

All our RESLIDES models are cruelty-free.

Yes, RESLIDES sandals are water-resistant and can easily get wet. The TPU soles and recycled polyester straps dry quickly and are ideal for the beach, pool, or rainy days. This makes them the perfect choice as sustainable modular sandals for the city and beach – whether on a city trip, by the water, or in changeable weather. 

After contact with salt water, we recommend briefly rinsing the sandals with fresh water to maintain their longevity.

Your RESLIDES can be easily cleaned with lukewarm water and, if necessary, a little mild detergent. You can remove the straps, rinse them separately, and then let them air dry. Thanks to the modular design, you can specifically clean the areas of your comfortable sandals with interchangeable, continuously adjustable straps that actually get dirty, significantly extending their lifespan. 

This easy care supports our goal of offering sandals as an alternative to disposable fashion.

The CIRCULARITY CREDIT is a sustainability deposit system integrated into the product price. You have two options and can receive up to 100% of the credit back:

TRADE-IN: If you decide to return your old product and purchase a new one, you will receive the CIRCULARITY CREDIT back in full as cashback or a voucher.

RETURN AFTER USE: If you return old sandals or components, you will receive the CIRCULARITY CREDIT as a voucher or partially as cashback.

We cover the return shipping costs, recycle the materials, and return them to the circular economy – this is how new products are made from old ones. 

This is what makes RESLIDES sandals where you only replace the straps instead of the shoe, closing the loop of our sustainable sandals with 100% recyclable components.

As an EU customer, you can return your RESLIDES within 14 days under the statutory right of withdrawal. 

We offer Swiss customers a voluntary 14-day return policy subject to certain conditions. 

You can find the exact timeframes and conditions in our Right of Withdrawal policy. 

As we want to minimize returns for environmental reasons, we will actively help you choose the right  size and adjust the straps so that your resource-efficient sandals, made from durable materials, stay with you for as long as possible.

Yes, most RESLIDES models are available for immediate delivery. 

You can find the delivery times for each country in our shipping terms.

Our focus is on an environmentally responsible shipping method, not on "Same Day Delivery" at all costs. This means that your Swiss sandals with their timelessly minimalist design will arrive reliably and in a resource-efficient way, rather than ultra-fast – ready for everyday wear, the city, travel, and city trips.

No. If you order from an EU country, you will pay no additional customs duties or other import fees upon delivery when purchasing your RESLIDES sandals. The purchase price you pay online with us is the final price

Your order will be shipped from our German warehouse, so it will be treated as a regular shipment within the EU.

Even in the case of an exchange or return, you will not incur any export fees, as returns from EU customers are sent to our German warehouse. Swiss customers send their returns to our Swiss warehouse.
